The new meat processing plant, inaugurated on May 1st, 2002, is dedicated to the transformation of our swine’s fresh meat into succulent cold cuts. It was created out of a real passion for our work, and to improve the service offered to our clients.
The plant has been certified with the number CE IT 9-3185 L, meeting the most severe European hygienic health laws. This guarantees that the cured meats are produced in a sanitized environment equipped with technologically advanced machinery, without detriment to the old traditions. The result is the bestowal of a unique flavor and aroma to the final product, unequalled by any newfound attempted approaches.
